These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and get999 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the get999 website at get999.bet and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer tables, and any other wagering products offered from time to time.

The Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of the player's reasonable expectations shall apply, subject always to the Platform's right to protect itself from abuse or fraud.

Access to and use of get999 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which get999 has determined it cannot legally operate.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of get999 or any of its software or payment partners.

get999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. At any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected — the Platform may request identity documents to verify your age, identity, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

If it is discovered at any time that a player has provided false information about their age or identity, get999 reserves the right to void all bets placed, confiscate all winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

To place bets or play games on get999, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) active get999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and OTP codes confidential. get999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Account Closure: You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting support. get999 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including for breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any behaviour deemed harmful to the Platform or other players.

All financial transactions on get999 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

Processing Times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional KYC verification is required.

Transaction Fees: get999 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own service charges, for which get999 accepts no responsibility.

Refused Transactions: get999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Funds associated with refused transactions will be returned to the originating payment method where possible.

get999 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified players only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and/or deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings may only be used on games that contribute to the wagering requirement. Certain game categories (including some live dealer tables and progressive jackpots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward clearing a bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• get999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. The Platform also reserves the right to void bonus winnings if it determines that a bonus has been abused or claimed in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or T20 World Cup are subject to their own specific promotional terms published at the time of the relevant campaign.

General Betting Rules: All bets placed on get999 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, odds, and market — before confirming a wager. get999 will not reverse or refund confirmed bets due to player error.

Casino Games: All casino games on get999 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the respective game's information panel.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are determined by physical action (card dealing, roulette spin, dice roll) conducted in a real studio environment. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. The Platform's decision on void rounds is final.

Sports Betting: Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled based on the score or outcome at the conclusion of the relevant market. get999 reserves the right to void any sports bet in the event of data feed errors, event cancellation, or force majeure circumstances.

Maximum Winnings: Specific maximum win limits may apply per game, per session, or per promotion. These limits are displayed within each game or promotion. get999 reserves the right to limit payouts in cases where technical errors have produced clearly erroneous results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on get999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or submitting counterfeit documents during KYC verification.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one player account, whether directly or through a proxy, associate, or third party.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk betting strategies, matched betting using platform funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or any game with a competitive element.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your mobile wallet provider or bank after funds have been credited to your get999 account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, data scraping tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward get999 staff, live dealers, or other players through any channel.

get999 employs fraud-detection systems that continuously monitor account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be placed under review, during which time withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

• Any action taken by get999 in good faith in response to suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of get999 to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, disputes should be directed to the get999 support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. The decisions of get999 on all matters relating to game results, bonus eligibility, and account status are final where they are based on technical records maintained by the Platform's systems.
